Game XP

Currently, while we do get XP from participating in games, the XP given doesn't match who comes first. For instance, the person in third place often gets more XP than the person in first place.

I think it should be modified in a way that ensures the people who came first gets more XP than the person who came second, who gets more XP than the person who came third.
