I think you should be able to transfer cosmetics because if someone quits playing or has a cape they don't like it hoes to waste when their friend could have it. Think it would be easy too and it will make people happy.

I think this idea is good because other clients can transfer their cosmetics to like why shouldnt lunar be able to do this

would be cool but they probably wouldnt do it since it makes people less likely to buy them

prolly wont be added cuz people will just start selling their cosmetics when they quit/dont like them anymore, which will kind of ruin it ( like at labymod)
