You could add soopyv2 to lunar, neu, skytils, I dk bout sbe since it is a paid client, perhaps make a feature if that is possible to enable it if you bought the mod, since sba is very limited in terms of skyblock mods. Another option is to add forge as another client since you could choose optifine, sodium for 1.19 for example, but you could also add forge to 1.8.9 with which you could add your own sb mods, and there should not be any issues with hack mods because lunar sends mod information to hypixel I believe so hackers would be caught.

NEU - Already a thing.
Skytils - Not happening due to licensing.
SBE - Not happening because it's paid.

Forge - We already have that for certain SB mods, but you cannot add your own and it is unlikely to become a feature.

danker’s skyblock mod lookes like it uses the LGPL licence, so at the very least there arent any license issues with that
