I am an avid user of CustomRP, and Lunar Client seems to be taking priority with its Rich Presence instead. It just gets kind of annoying to have it all the time, and I think it would be a nice QOL feature =)

The Activity Privacy and Registered Games tabs are completely different. Activity Privacy is just to toggle on and off the ability to have a rich presence. Registered Games is for an in-game overlay, which Lunar doesn't support by default.
