#Chat Revival role

I've seen servers that have a Chat Revival role that people can join in #old-roles and gets pinged by mods whenever the chat is inactive for more than some time and the role gets asked about a question so the chat revives. It would be cool if it gets added here as well. I'd be one member of that! :D
