While I don't necessarily disagree I don't really think that's the right way to go about it, if someone were to grind to level 5 they would probably receive the role, and what if a staff member forgot to remove it? Or if you talked daily and were just never in the right time zone to be noticed by a staff member, would you ever receive your role?

A better way to go about it to give everyone a fair chance would be to stagger the giveaway by levels
For example in the latest giveaway there was 20 winners
To make it fair you could have 5 winners for level 0, 10 winners for level 5+, and another 5 winners for level 10+
That would give active users a better chance while not taking away the giveaway from people who maybe don't have their entire lives to spend talking here
