Part 1: On The homepage of Lunar, Theres a button called "SERVERS" You can create your own server for people to play it. It would have a random generated code you would have to enter to join. You can also find other peoples server there if its public.
Part 2: Lunar+ Can have access to a Premium Server
Lunar+ Features Can include More Commands, Server Profile Image, Downloadable Server Items [Mods], Change how many players can join their server and Lots more.
Part 3: Give Server Owners/Admins/Mods a Cape in There Server. This cape can only be accessed by the owner/admin/mod in there server.
