I had a negative experience working with Macak and would like to warn against working with them.
Before I get into specifics I will preface myself by saying the following, I am not at all interested in getting involved in the job board drama. I assume macak will attempt to defend himself, however I do not intended to engage beyond this comment and will not respond to any reply from them. This is simply a warning to anyone considering doing work for him. With that said, last spring I did over 70 hours of unpaid verse development for macak. He continually pushed back agreed payment timelines and all told I received no money from him despite completing over 70 hours of work.
