Hey, we're having some trouble with another animator's poor job on our project. The animations all have different skeletons and skeletal meshes, which prevents us from using them with NPC's. We're also unable to change the skeleton ourselves, as the animation gets removed when we do this. $25, should be a quick solve if you know what you're doing.
