Great idea,but a legal minefield for both you and Epic Games if implemented.

Since the licensing for most collaborations is intended to be temporary,or not even present in creative,this can cause issues for things like Star Wars or Marvel.

TMNT Islands cannot have other IP in them,meaning that TMNT would be exclusive to publisher.
