Add this unreleased Chapter 5 DMR into the Creative/UEFN inventory

Clearly it never made it to Battle Royale since nobody remembers seeing this thing but having a non-Olympian DMR would be nice for artistic control.

No idea why it looks like a magazine-fed Spaz Shotgun so maybe make it a bit longer but still, variety is always nice
