We tried several ways to solve this issue but we didn't find any good solution for that.
The ability to customize post process volume effects on a per-player basis would open up numerous creative possibilities, such as dynamic visual changes, personalized environmental effects, and unique player-specific atmospheres.
Add effects to set a mood or enhance your game mechanics.
It doesn't allow you to use your own post process material
