Just no.

It either takes too long to get out.

Or it's too op.

I was going to accept it until I saw chilling presence.

That's literally glacial and a general.

On the side note:
I think the Spearos buff is good.

Until you added stacks with Enchanted pike using Glacial.

So overall, it's too much.

Any slow or ensnare in the game is usually overpowered.
