#Status Effect Override

Currently, when multiple sources… i.e. units, spells, abilities…apply status effects of varying potency (different poison, charge, and burn damage), the most recent source is the only one that registers. Although this is working as intended, it makes certain strategies somewhat non-synergistic.

For example: Upgrading Voltaic Armor or Arrows increases the status damage of 1 to up to 4 damage per tick. However, if you use Lightning Storm or Tesla, the damage will become 1 again because it is using the spell’s Voltaic effect, sometimes making your upgrade useless. You could reapply it, but it’s inconsistent at best.

Other instances:
Toxic Totality and Toxic Deads - “Dead” cards are often used together because of the synergy they have with Rune of Reanimation. However, if a player tries to use Toxic Totality to increase the poison-damage of Toxic Deads, it will often be overridden by the regular Deads. Deads to have much faster attack rate than their Toxic counterparts, and obviously there would be more of them than Toxic Deads. This essentially makes Toxic Totality unviable on Dead-themed decks.

Solution: Allow the “stronger” effect to stay unless expired or overridden by a stronger effect. Weaker status has no change.

No it shouldn't

Poison is curable because it makes sense, poison= infection, Elemental effects are external and are totally different
