Unit Description:
- Jailers are the ones responsible for detaining all crime within the order empire. they are usually retired soldiers or trainees.
- Jailers are fairly durable, and will restrict enemy units in a medium range with their lassos. If enemies are too close to them, they can whack them with their clubs to gain some distance.
- Jailers are good for apprehending strong enemies but are weak by themselves.

Unit Gimmick:
- Jailers's basic attack let's them throw a lasso at enemies in range. The lasso deals 10 (+5H) damage to a single enemy and Restricts them. Restriction causes them to move 30% slower and cannot use their abilities. Restricted enemies's attacks deal 50% less damage.
Ability:
Clubman Whack (20s CD)
- The Jailer pulls out a club and whacks forward, dealing 10 DMG to 2 enemies and knocking them back greatly, accompanied by a 2 second stun.
