Phazer
• A Mysterious man, he is fast, and can easily dodge your attacks.

HP: 50
SPD: Dead

Abilities:
Phaze Dash (3s CD)
• With a 1s delay, Phazer blinks forward, stopping at the first enemy. (Reaper Range)
Phazer grabs and slams the grabbed enemy to the ground, dealing 35 dmg to them and knocks nearby units upwards. He is invincible in the process. (cant use up close)

Phazing (5s CD)
• Phazer dashes at 8 units with a 0.5s pause for each dash, dealing 17 dmg to targeted units. (Invincible in the process.)

Phazed (7s CD)
• Phazer kicks a unit to the sky, before jumping upwards, dealing 7 dmg and knocking back nearby units, to slam them back down, dealing 30 DMG to units in an area, before dashing back onto the ground, dealing 15 dmg again and stunning them for 0.3s. (Invincible in the process.)

Blink (0.5s CD)
• Phazer Teleports forward. (1.5s worth of walking forward.) [dodges attacks during teleport.]

Lock On (20s CD)
• Phazer creates an electric aura around him for 1.5s. if he is hit by any attack, the aura explodes dealing 20 dmg to nearby enemies, and paralyzing them for the duration of the skill. in the meantime, phazer will approach the attacker until he reaches them. [the attacker is stunned.] in which he will completely eradicate them with a thunderclap. (insta-kill.) [phazer is invincible in the process.]

Destroy (1.5s CD)
• Phazer Punches forward, dealing 45 dmg, knocking back hit unit, and nearby enemies.

Reflect (0.05s CD)
• Phazer immediately reflects a projectile back to the enemy twice as fast. [knocks back nearby units when reflecting, and dealing 2 dmg to them.]

[Passive: Stuns last 100% longer.]

Details:
• You have 300 Pop.
• Start with 20,000 Gold, and 20,000 Crystals.
• Instant build time.
• KILL phazer.
