Elo is not accrued + no match in match history

I played 2 games in a row against a random player in 1v1 Ranked. But I didn't get any elo for either the first win or the second.

For some reason, only 1 match with this person was recorded in the history of matches. Although there are replays. I played 2 matches with this man.

In general, it's strange that I don't press the rematch button, for some reason I get caught against the player I played vs him a minute ago

There are 2 bugs and 1 comment in this post, please answer both bugs and, preferably, my comment about the fact that I get the same players against me

and doesn't give me a watch button
