I don't know if this is a problem with other heavy generals or not. From what I can see, healing wisp only heal atreyos if it had already healed other heavy units for ~50℅ of its duration and atreyos is the only unit left. If atreyos is the only unit that needs healing at the time of casting then healing wisp completely ignore him.
