Running current versions of all software and drivers as of posting this. Intel B570 GPU, AMD Ryzen 7 5800x 8 core CPU, 2 8gbs of Patriot Viper Steel DDR4, running on a Samsung 970 Evo Plus SSD with Windows 10. Bug happens regardless of dlss/frame gen settings, or any other settings as long as path tracing is enabled. I haven't changed driver versions yet, but if I do experiment with that I will update here accordingly.

If you are using Gfx driver 32.0.101.8626, then you may want to drown grade to an older driver (anything 32.0.101.8531 or older).

Intel just stuffed a bunch of new features in 32.0.101.8626 driver and introduced A LOT of Bugs.

I haven't played Cyberpunk in a while, but i would recommend any driver late 2025 or older. I remember it was stable with those gfx driver builds.

Link to 8531 (before 8626): https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/874366/intel-arc-graphics-windows.html

You're welcome.

Just FYI, those links have a drop down menu, for other gfx driver builds. So you can try different gfx driver builds to see which one works for you.

still getting some random crashes when using PT. logs say gpu is not responding so game shuts down. its super inconsistent and seems to only happen under high loads.

I remember cyberpunk developers output some text file log that has some info in it. I have a suspicion its a gpu hang error.
