I got a b580 just day before and made a clean install through arc control(32.0.101.8425) and tried switching on RT on 2 games Wuthering waves(My main game)[Image 1] and now Hogwarts Legacy[Image 2] and the Path traced shadows and rays are very blurry XeSS2 Some what sharpened it in Wuthering waves but made it worse in HL can't post more than 2 images cuz i risk getting timed out again but both pics are with RT enabled and XeSS disabled.

Edit 1: Just DDU'd and installed 8331 shimmering still persists

As much as I wanted to say that Ray Tracing or Path Tracing should work on the GPU, it's not exactly an essential feature to run games with. Wuthering Waves looks good but it's Unreal Engine 5, which I think you do know why it has performance issues unless you utilize any Upscaling or Frame-gen tech. I wouldn't even consider Path Tracing on Arc cards ATM too as the Intel team didn't even showcase any Path Tracing at all in their benchmarks EVER.
