#Resize bar got turn off after the computer sleep

My rebar setting got turn off after the computer go to sleep mode and wake up.

My computer spec are:

cpu: intel i5-13500
mainboard: gigabyte B760M-AORUS-ELITE-DDR4 (update to F21c)
gpu: Intel arc b580

After the resize bar got turn off, everything look kinda bad

i thought rebar only could be on through the bios. did u update your bios? doesnt look like it
