Hello I need help, i am seeing visual artificats not all the time but occasionally while watching netflix on my laptop (i9 13980hx with an integrated uhd graphics card). My dedicated graphics card is usually idle while streaming. Thinking it was a driver issue i redownloaded it but again after a few days the artifacts are back. What should i do i am really worried, The laptop is under warranty should i get it checked or is a driver problem??

I imagine this is a Laptop that has intel integrated graphics and Nvidia GPU, is this correct?
If you are seeing visual artifacts when playing netflix, then what you can do is open regedit and go to the following location: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000
Look for UnderRunCountPipeA, press F5 to fresh after issue has occured, if the number is greater than Zero then there could be a problem with Intel Gfx. If number is Zero, then the problem could be Panel or Windows.
Thank you for the response, Yes this is a laptop (Strix G16)
the number is zero now, ill check it again after the error occurs,
You're welcome. Another recommendation is trying out Intel graphics driver 32.0.101.6653 that was released late March. I am using this on B580 (Desktop system) but i find it quite stable.
Maybe worth a try.
Thank you, ill try
