#Intel Display Audio not connected

Hello, iam not really good with PC tweaking, but my girlfriend bought older company laptop. Since she bought it i cant read or find Intel display audio in any way. Ive tried to update drivers, windows troubleshooting and last thing ive done was kinda reckless. Ive deleted all the display audio drivers i guess? 😄 Iam kinda lost is there anyone who can help me?

PC specs {HP elitebook 840 g3}:
Win 10/64bit
processor: i5-6300U CPU 2.4Ghz
graphic card: HD graphics 520
motherboard: i dont know how to find it .. iam nub

additional info. when i connect the Nice boy bluetooth headphones it works fine. but there is no option to swap to default audio source.

as far as i know, you might not need intel display audio if youre not connecting your notebook to an external monitor using HDMI or DisplayPort, intel display audio is primarily for monitors with built in speakers. You can download the necessary audio driver for your computer from this link https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111001-111500/sp111438.exe (direct link from hp website for Conexant HD Audio Driver you can choose this link if you dont want to install it from direct link: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/closure/hp-elitebook-840-g3-notebook-pc/7815294)

if you find that you need "intel display audio" after all, a fresh install of your graphics drivers should bring it back. check the second link for the gpu drivers
