I have I7-1360p and it only gives me 2GHz, I tried XTU and ThrottleStop, but that didn't help me

The reason I ask is that if your processor is under low load (you're not running anything) it will clock down since it doesn't need to go very fast

Most of my cpu cores are sitting at 600mhz right now, but if I start using them they'll boost up to 5.7
