Alright, so does it boot into windows now?

If not, restart while holding Shift, then the the Advanced Startup menu should come.
From there go into Troubleshoot -> Advanced Options -> Command prompt again.
This time the bootrec command should be there and you can issue the following command:
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /scanos
bootrec /rebuildbcd

#

and after those
CHKDSK /R /F /X
