you want to upgrade and aim for future-proofing, I would suggest switching to AM5 with a 7800x3D. With this, you can fully utilize your graphics card at 1080p because it is the strongest and best CPU on the market for 1080p. Additionally, this CPU consumes almost no power compared to other CPUs on the market. Intel is good, but the price-performance ratio and the cost of power are already too high.

And if you buy this CPU, you can consider whether you want to buy a stronger graphics card in two years. The question is, how much are you willing to pay for an upgrade?

I always think about the future. This is important because the other components that are already old are expensive. I'd rather invest 100-200 euros more in something that will remain a reliable companion for at least another two years.

Ive got this problem where my pc starts then shuts off 3 times before it starts but when it starts it does not work, it wont give out any signals to my screen or turn my keyboard, mouse
