My Intel Graphic Command Center Refresh Rate Values are only 48Hz and capped at it

meanwhile my windows graphics options gives me 2 options that are 48Hz and 60Hz

is this usual? if it isn't is there a fix for it? i just updated my gpu(UHD 620) driver few hours ago to latest from intel website.

it seems like it reccomends to set rr to 48hz because of energy saving features

48hz is what it can drop down to to conserve battery life
