I enabled the Contrast Enhancement button and set it to RGB and my screen got a pinkish/red tint and now it wont go away. But I checked with my friends and they have the same settings as me and they're not seeing it so maybe I'm tripping?

Here are my current settings:
gritty harbor
in windows search-> Colour Management
in the "Advanced" tab you could set defaults or run a proper calibration
everything default should be good
