#Is it bad for my I7-13700k to be idling at 5300mhz with 2230rpm almost always?

I don't understand much about clock speeds and it seems kind of odd for my new CPU to almost always be at max clock speed past its default amount and my old prebuilt pc never did this, is this a bad thing?

Are you sure, because whenever i googled it the only information I got was that it decreased the lifetime of the CPU and it is not the best.
Because my old prebuilt pc only went up to its max clock on games and was idle at low clock speeds.
