So, I have my RAM to set to 2400MHz and 1.35 Volts where my computer will boot normally. I am currently using the RAM in the image, however, I am trying to set the RAM to take 2300MHz and everytime that I set it to that, I save and exit the BIOS and my computer doesn't boot normally without having the MHz rate set to 2400MHz. How the heck do I set my RAM to its best speed? Do I need to set the Voltage of the DRAM to a higher voltage?

I know that setting my voltage higher is bad for the RAM, but at the least I want the MHZ to be set at 3066MHz to not set such a high voltage but still get great imporvement on RAM speed.
XMP?
XMP is your best bet, if not then your CPU might not have a good enough memory controller to run it at the highest frequency
i just need some ram
