i already googled for a solution but still wasn't able to fix it....
ARC 770 (16gb)
I5 11400f
python 3.10.6

dont know much about python ect
but i can see python 3.10.6 release is aug 2 2022
and intel arc's release is Q2/Q3 22(around the same time)
could be that program and hardware simply dont know about eachother, its like this for many games thinking im too poor to buy an video card, they just dont see the card

i installed the exact Python Version mentioned in the tutorial
