screen tearing/glitching

Usually when this happens I just update but there isn’t an update since 5/6/22? Sometimes it looks like glitching from the movie the spiderverse

your driver is really old like from before Arc Control was publicly available. You potentially got downgraded by windows Update

Is there a way to update? when click check for updates it says its up to date so maybe reinstall?
