What are the routers/switch model numbers?
On the Red router you'll need to assign static IP addresses to the other routers to make sure other devices don't try and steal their IP addresses so they don't kill your wifi. The Red Router will then always assign the same IP address to Wireless access points 1, 2 & 3, in your diagram.
All the switch is Tp-link TL-LS105G
Red Router is TP Link Archer C80
The 192.168.0.2 AP is TP Link Archer C20 AC750
I already did for all the router, I have very suspicious something wrong on 192.168.0.2 router since gateway never been assigned to 0.3 or 0.4

https://static.tp-link.com/upload/manual/2022/202205/20220517/1910013190_Archer C80(US)_UG_V1.pdf - Section 12.5 > "To reserve an IP address for a specified client device:"
I would try and do that for your 192.168.0.2, .3, and .4 routers. and see if that doesn't solve the problem.
Did making the routers have static IPs solve the issue?
