#Switch between integrated graphics and dedicated graphics on laptop display

your laptop should have a feature called MUX Switch
If you are using a external screen you most check in configuration screen options and see if is connected to the iGPU or dGPU. If you see the iGPU working with the external screen, change the HDMI/Thunderbolt/usb-c adapter to another port.
And if you don´t have an external screen there is anything to do, your laptop will always work with the iGPU and will activate the dGPU when is needed, but if you have an RTX or GTX graphics, you can go to the Nvidia or Ryzen control panel>3D configuration>Global Config>Select Nvidia High Performance Processor>Apply changes>Reset your laptop.
