hey so i know its not the newest, but i have an intel uhd 620 and it is at 100% utilization, and i dont know how to fix it, its on the gpu part. idk if my pc is just bad or not

Oh this is playing games? That is normal it just means the game is using the full iGPU

It isnt for gaming. Integrated graphics like the UHD620 is not meant for gaming. It is not powerful enough for PC gaming.

To improve performance you need a discrete GPU

If it is a laptop then you cannot do anything besides get an new desktop computer.
