#FPS Drops for half a second then repeats on Minecraft Java when on Fullscreen

The iGPU has been overloaded. Please use a dedicated Graphics card like nvidia or amd to play Minecraft while your igpu is used for quicksync. The iGPU at best can only handle one thing at a time and not designed for gaming

Sorry, playing games on intel integrated graphics is officially unsupported. This is due to the design of IGPUs for media and quicksync
