I bought a 3 processors for myself and my two friends, my key didn't work, one of mine friends did, and my other friend contacted support and they said his key isn't supported... So support is useless rn just so you guys know

At least they responded to you. I got the automated email and that was it. Im still getting Ref.002 Error. Absolutely ridiculous at this point. I sent photos of receipt, photo of the email the retailer sent me with the code, and photos of the errors and my account being linked. Im pretty let down

yes, they said they cleared the error and i should be able to redeem it. had to clear cache and then it worked

Is this still not fixed? It has been 2 days, my account is still "locked", and the support ticket I just filled out sent me back to the home page of the website after not giving me any indication of a successful submission. The first day I was understanding of an influx of traffic causing issues, but the support ticket system not working after 2 days when we have a limited window to redeem some of these rewards?
What do I do? It says contact support to unlock my account, and the support ticket submissions are broken. I cannot do anything.

From what I gathered - if you attempted to redeem while the site was toast, if you have an error 002, your account is locked and only support can fix your account. If support does not help you out then you're screwed. Not sure if they're going to push a fix to all people with the "lock" or if they expect you to make a ticket and deal with their support
They haven't responded to my ticket at all, yet they're responding to my friends and fixing their accounts
I wish I could deal with support -- submitting a ticket does not work either.
Well at least tickets are getting through then, maybe.
Hopefully that just means you will be somewhere in line to have your account unlocked.
Maybe be a browser issue if you can't successfully submit a ticket I was able to get a ticket in fine
That's honestly insane that the website was this unprepared for a huge influx of people trying to redeem a free copy of one of the largest video game franchises in the world.

Any chance you used Google, Facebook, Discord etc to make an account? I kept trying to sign in with a username and password when I had actually just used Discord login and it gave me an error as if I had an account and it was locked.
I have the same issue but with Ref. 003. Tried to login with google and normal email but will not work. I contacted support so i have to wait 😭

Amazon is listed as a participating retailer, but Intel support told me to go back to my retailer, after Amazon told me to go to Intel because they said it's an Intel promotion, and Amazon isn't providing master keys, that Intel should be. 🥲 I wrote Intel asking why Amazon isn't listed in the drop-down for purchase verification, but they ignored that part. Do any of you know why? Should I just give up? tia!

Support may take a bit. Try following up with them Monday or Tuesday.
