If a program is disabled, it shouldn't boot by itself when the OS boots. Yet, the DSA does exactly that.

Windows 10 21H2.

Hey bud, immediately, my time working with the iDSA team tells me they'll want a copy of the iDSA folder to view what's going on. If you can zip this folder and attach, it would be helpful.
C:\ProgramData\Intel\DSA

Using the Task Manger Startup tab will not work, it will only disable the tray. If you want to disable the DSA service you need to go into “Service Manager” and turn it off, plus switch it from “Automatic” to “Manual”.
