What am I looking at 'there' and 'here'? You're showing a Windows Update in the pic, 'umm, okay, what's the problem'? Looks like you need to finish the Windows Cumulative update and reboot. And the vid shows literally a second of the Intel installer starting.
Is the Intel installer taking too long to install the driver? Are you expecting Windows Update to install the Intel driver for you or offer it? We can only guess with what you provided.
