when i try to record video i m getting this error.its saying make sure you are not connected to a vpn.error code -17.im not using any vpn or something like that

how can i share it

the settings are default actually

i just changed the mic

in the past i downloaded the arc once

and i could record without problem

but then i redownload the windows then installed the arc

my cpu is i7 11800h

my gpu rtx 3060 max-p

Arc Control isn't going to work to record with your RTX 3060

#

you need to use GeForce Shadowplay / GeForce Experience

and also i ahve intel uhd graphics

im using laptop

and the image coming from uhd graphis to my screen

like i said before reinstal the windows i could record

i need third part application for recording the desktop

i cant record my desktop with nvidia experience

because there is no muxswicth in my laptop
