Is that $699 price with TAX included? US pricing is without TAX.. This adds 19-21% in the EU to the final price 😦

In my country the pricing is on par with the cheapest available 3060's and way below 3060 Ti price, with tax included

#

I'm in Europe btw.

Europe, Portugal and Spain, the A770 is higher cost than the 3060.

#

by 30-50€ at least depending on the Nvidia AiB model

unfortunately exchange rates are partially to blame, value of the USD/AUD has gone up about 18% since the release date of the 3060ti (making importing to australia more expensive)

#

You would be paying closer to 615 AUD if australian retailers did not upcharge.

#

(also keep in mind US MSRP include no tax of any kind, and almost every other country does include sales or VAT when listing)

350 USD price is with tax NOT included

There's a lot of "tax" mentioned here, but I have to point out: it's moot
The price to performance comparisons were generated around that MSRP. That the price is up, and tax might contribute to that is neither here nor there - the price to performance value proposition is not what Intel said/hoped it would be, which is what the OP is saying

Yes, seems unfortunately like Intel will be more expensive than Nvidia outside the US.

A750 isn't too badly positioned, it's just cheaper than any 3060 (but more than any 6600 non-xt). The A770 has stiff competition though in the 3060Ti and 6650XT which hurts that price/performance comp
