Should still be eligible, yes.

Is there a way this could be looked into? Kind of a large part of the value proposition for my potential purchase.

Sounds like I should probably hang tight in this scenario?

#

At least until I eventually refresh the page and the promotion is specifically listed.

If it were me, I'd confirm with Newegg chat if they're available.

#

I'd also likely be ordered and then confirming at the same time haha

wind elk
#

I tried to -- usually Newegg chat is helpful with this sort of thing.

#

But in this case they kept giving me the round about.

#

Thanks for your thoughts. Sounds like I might have to wait and hope they don't end backorders.

#

Or that backorders don't get pushed a month out.

quartz prairie
#

hm, that's a bummer. Thanks for the heads up regardless, we'll see if we can look into it a bit more on what's going on with it

Stressful day haha.

#

First I had to snag a 4090.

#

Now trying to snag an Arc.

1/2 so far

#

Really hoping to support Intel's GPU venture, as we need more competition in the industry, but it's also hard to want to do without the games.

#

I planned to purchase both, so it basically means I am getting the card for like $150.

#

Anyways, thanks for looking into it. I will sit tight and see what happens. Hoping for the best.

quartz prairie
#

I dig it!

wind elk
#

Oh sorry, one more question if you're available. Generally related to this promotion.

#

If I already have an Intel Gamer account, should I be creating a new one technically to get Gotham Knights, or will it allow me to get it on my current ones?

#

I know this may walk a grey line, but hoping for some honesty 😛

quartz prairie
#

Meaning you already got Gotham Knights from your account?

Basically how it will work is you'll get a master key, instructions to redeem, then it will show up with individual keys or redemptions on each title.

#

master key will be tied to your software advantage program account

wind elk
#

No, I don't have it on my account presently, but I do have an account already.

#

I have numerous other redeemed titles from i7/i9 purchases through the years.

#

But the redemption for Gotham Knights (as a part of the MW2 bundle for Arc) sounded like I needed to have a new account to get Gotham Knights + the others

#

(if that makes sense)

quartz prairie
#

ah gotcha. Nah as long as you haven't redeemed a master key for this specific software bundle, you can add it to your same account that you've redeemed stuff before. Think of it like a hub of your library of games you've redeemed over time.

wind elk
#

Okay perfect, I just wanted to check.

#

It sounded like the extra few games were to try and get people to sign up (new members only)

quartz prairie
#

naahh, more like just a bonus to people buying the card. I don't think I've seen anything about it being new members.

wind elk
#

Okay cool, that answers that.

#

Fingers crossed that Newegg lists the promotion for backorders now...

#

I keep refreshing all of my tabs haha.

wind elk
#

Looks like they ended backorders, but added the bundle back.

#

Oh Newegg...

wind elk
#

Sorry, one more clarification...

#

Get 1 Game + Pick 3 of 5 Creative Offer w/ purchase, limited offer

#

When I redeem this code on my account, I will get Gotham Knights, too, correct?

Hi @wind elk - I understand that you didn’t get a master key with your gaming access arc welcome email . Is that correct? If so can you please dm your gaming access email address to me so we can trace the issue? Thanks!
