I find it pretty annoying to have to wait 15 seconds between welcoming everyone so it would be nice for the slow mode to be reduced to 5 seconds (please :D )

Alternatively, wouldn't it work to condense your welcoming to a single message?

slowmode lowered to 5 seconds, go wild, i don't think it really matters having a long slowmode there
