I honestly don't think so
JCW didn't seem like it got a lot of attention and it probably didn't but that game appeals more to kids
this game appeals to the type that'll join a discord and interact with a community whereas JCW is something that kids will see and probably want
now, I reckon PGRC has gotten more attention but I reckon jcw was more finicially successful even if its just because of Apple Arcade

i disagree to an extent
this game has a big social friend aspect to it that many people have reported buying the game for friends
which inevitably means buying the game for more friends who will buy the game for another round of friends
i hope it does a feedback loop effect and get really ridiculously large

i just think an apple arcade exclusivity deal is more lucrative than people seem to make it out
it pushes your game to a lot of people and it's much easier to get someone to download something they already have access to than buying something
i mean walaber already said himself that if it wasn't for the apple arcade deal he wouldn't of been able to update JCW as much as he did.
