add level tag to custom-creations/make a chanal for custom levels

i only rilly car about custom levels. i want a way to filter out the sound packs and car disinges

and add this tag to all custom levels ofc

added the tag to select, removed one tag cause we were at the limit, i think i removed one that's barely used anyway

also from now on, forced tags on for the channel, people will have to select a tag to post something, so hopefully that'll encourage people to sort it themselves
