Xatas double dips on headshots. And Xatas also double dips with blast. So I have all my weapons in that loadout with blast

So I've made a sort of "weapons platform" build utilitizing that.

Hek is probably the strongest MR4 weapon, imo. Vectis and Higasa can be useful for different builds, but Hek will probably be able to carry you through several masteries

Vigor is never useful because if you wanted to healthtank then the shields are useless, and if you're doing shield restore tricks then the health means nothing. Fury has a replacement in Berserker Fury, so Shred's the least replacable of the three

Vigor is also just bad in general because there's far better ways of doing either way of protecting yourself, with some frames not even using either health or shields for that
