The most toxicity I've experienced in Warframe is back when you couldn't extract solo in endless missions, and a squad of 3 randoms, 12 excavators in, said "we're not leaving we're doing 50".

That or the time a Saryn was insulting me in chat because I was playing Yareli and they were very angry they couldn't give me Venom Dose (due to a bug) and kept telling me to play a real Warframe (whilst I was getting more kills than them on a lvl 30 corpus mission)

Tbh lately biggest struggle seems to be with new players slowing them down from trying to catch every content by the tail like if it would fly away from them if they do not get to it ASAP.

Level cap is a very bad way to judge something's viability. Dante is great because he has instant free team-wide overguard at a high value, Noctua can benefit from all the requiem tome mods at once without the usual limits, and his abilities are just generally strong if a bit repetitive to play

Well a large part of it is that it's all hands on-board for the next major update, and the annual Tennocon. So it's hard for them to get extra hands out to mess with updates to frames from what I understand, especially as they're likely developing at least 2 new Warframes to release in one update.

I feel all these frames need some changes, but what a frame needs is super subjective.

Some players might want every frame to be more self-sufficient, but that leads to everything feeling the same. Like the many recent frames which self-heal, deal lots of damage, buff weapons, and overall can almost operate without mods (such as Nokko).

Equinox I feel just needs an update to make her tap/hold, and for her abilities to be refreshed (and 1 replaced into being part of her passive, and made a new ability). Her kit isn't terrible, but swapping constantly with a degrading buff and her 3+4 getting punished for it feels bad. Keeping her theme and versatility whilst empowering the playstyle would help.

Ember genuinely just needs number buffs, imo. She works great as a gun platform with her 1 augment, but she shouldn't -NEED- her 1 augment either. Her abilities can be hard to get damage out of.

Mesa's 2 and 3 are boring. I dislike them. I can live with her 1 and 4. But she's dull and too simple, she feels like playing Rhino.

Banshee needs a similar treatment to Equinox, just a general touchup for modern tech, and her Soundquake being reworked.

Chroma is kinda complicated to change imo. I think Vex Armour is fine, and Elemental Ward is okay, but I dislike that Effigy nerfs your armour and doesn't do much + is clunky and expensive. His 1 realllly needs some changes tho, especially the augment that caps at a miniscule amount of damage.

Another case where just some number buffs would be great, such as reducing the energy cost of Effigy, increasing the damage numbers of 1 (can't recall the name, Elemental Breath?), and such

Talking about being self-sufficient now.. I love Oraxia and Uriel (and Nokko but to a lesser extend) but why do all recent warframes come with their own energy sources... especially Nokko.. You are missing my point. Make the Warframe an One Man Army but don't make it "flawless". Give it a "limiter" that still makes the player feel an acceptable amount of strain.
Gauss can be immortal but you have to constantly be moving. Oraxia is still in a good spot forcing you to be stationary and sling to walls to remain invisible.

I like it when frames fit niches in their design but are bad outside of them, and then you patch them up with the rest of the available options.

e.g Banshee does a lot of damage due to Sonar, but the rest of her kit isn't too reliable and strong.
But if you use augments, she gets 100% armour strip and can also do amazing finisher builds.
Then you solve her weak survival with modding, archon shards, and conditionals.
Then you can solve her aoe damage potential being low by using Helminth.

Koumei has an ability that activates a mini quest.
e.g get 12 kills whilst aim gliding.
You do that, you get a random decree (you don't pick between 3), and then the ability goes on a cooldown that increases each time it's used.
She does not access every decree in the game, but she still gets a ton of the good ones.

Decrees are permanent, not sure if they last between deaths, but they don't vanish on downs for sure. They ALSO APPLY TO OPERATOR/DRIFTER!

According to the wiki yes. It still takes time to actually desecrate each corpse though, you'd be better off using a nova or limbo to increase the amount of enemies you kill. Though I'm not familiar with how forcing spawns using the rift works

From experience: neutral range, high efficiency, duration, strength whatever just not negative.
Use mods that increase aim glide and wall latch durations.
Her passive causes 1 weapon at a time to have 100% random status chance (flat amount, separate from actual weapon stat).
Some challenges require aim gliding, rolling, certain distances from enemies, while sliding, or on headshot.

Unequipping a weapon does not stop her passive from targeting that slot.

Bring condition overload mods, try the Mecha set, and use Contagious Bond on your companion if you want them to Agent Orange entire rooms

Oh yeah one other little secret thing about Koumei that'll make your life easier: The wall latch challenges can be done if you wall latch, and detach but don't touch the ground and remain aim gliding.
Until you touch the ground after a wall latch, you're considered 'wall latching' and can complete challenges that way
