Ok so my workouts is
Gym/Workouts
Monday : chest and biceps
Tuesday : back and tryceps
Wednesday : legs
Thursday : shoulders
And reapeat with abs everyday
Not all work outs are in Gyms.
My workout is pretty simple, usually consits of multiple sets of pushups, situps, squats and a few stretches, sometimes doing variations of pushups like incline pushups and whatnot, then jogging two miles on the treadmill as a cooldown after the sets

Day One: Cardio/legs. I do a quick 5 minute stretch and I either go for a jog around my neighborhood or go to my local gym and do a one hour cycling session on the stationary/exercise bikes.
Day Two: Rest
Day Three: Chest exercises, I do a variety of exercises such as chest press, pushups, sit-ups and a variety of machines like incline press and cable cross over that I usually do 3 sets of around 10-12 reps depending on the machine
Day Four: Rest
Day Five: Back exercises. Pullups, seated-row machine, fore-arm planks, smith machine row.
And then I don't go to the gym for like 2 days and I repeat :)

oh and on my rest days, i do something light like a quick walk or a few yoga exercises at home
and theoretically you COULD do all of this while at home but i like to see the hot guys at the gym everytime i go there ;)
I'm thinking about going to the gym today and focusing on abs
All I do is 50 push ups every day… kinda throughout the day too so you don’t do ‘em all at one time.

if you're ever going to begin going to the gym, its best to work out all your muscle groups before focusing on one
cus if you just immediately start working and priortizing just ONE muscle group, your whole body is going to be inbalanced
