[R0] Random Teleports in CoV

I was doing CoV and on 10, i got randomly teleported to this out-of-bounds area and I got softlocked.

Most likely its from a rogue teleporter but honestly I have no idea.

the fact that there's no backup tp incase you get teleported here is uh
