I encountered this error on Fedora Workstation 43 using both the flatpak and the .AppImage versions of the launcher. A week ago, BAR ran without issues on Linux Mint, so the problem appeared only after I switched to Fedora.
I'm from Russia and have already followed the steps on the troubleshooting website, but it didn't help.

If you can't connect to the CDN that hosts the game you will have a hard time downloading the game.
We can't fix your internet connection. We are not putting ourselves any geo blocks etc.
